a. AWS account access
While the sandbox accounts for this workshop are available on the day of the workshop, this website will be maintained if you would like to run through the labs at a later stage on your own (by creating an AWS Account), or with your company or institution.
Step 1
Go to the website https://dashboard.eventengine.run/
Step 2
You will then be prompted to a screen with terms and conditions. Add the Event Hash that will be provided to you and click Accept to continue:
Step 3
Click AWS Console Login, then on the following popup click on the link Open AWS Console.
Do not forget to run in the N. Virginia AWS Region (us-east-1). We can connect into your account if you need help during the tutorial. For all of the following workshop steps remember to run them in the North Virginia AWS Region (us-east-1). Note that your workshop facilitators can connect into your account to help you with this (or anything else you need) during this workshop.
